Booking terms

These terms apply when you book a place at the Herts Football Centre October Half Term Camp. By completing a booking, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or have their permission to book, and that you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
The camp is run by Bayware Sports Group Ltd (company number 16443847), trading as Herts Football Centre ("HFC", "we", "us"). Our address is 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. You can contact us at bookings@hertfordshirefootball.com.
2. The camp
- Dates: Tuesday 27 to Thursday 29 October 2026, 8:30am to 3:00pm.
- Venue: Borehamwood Youth FC, Borehamwood, WD6 4JW.
- Ages: 7 to 13. Places are limited.
We may make reasonable changes to the programme, such as session order, coaching staff or the day of the strength and conditioning session. We will tell you about any significant change before the camp.
3. Booking and payment
Prices are £65 for a single day and £175 for all three days. Payment is taken in full by card at the time of booking. Your place is confirmed once payment has gone through and you receive a receipt by email.
Each booking is for one child. For siblings, please make a separate booking for each child.
4. Information you give us
When you book, we ask for details about your child, including any medical information, an emergency contact and whether they can appear in photos. Please make sure it is accurate, and reply to your confirmation email if anything changes before the camp.
5. If you need to cancel
- 14 days or more before your first booked day: full refund.
- Less than 14 days before: no refund, but you can transfer the place to another child, or move to another camp day if places are available. Just email us.
Refunds are made to the card used to pay, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
Because the camp is a leisure service on specific dates, the 14 day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply. The policy above replaces it.
6. If we need to cancel
If we cancel a camp day for any reason, including bad weather or the pitch being unavailable, we will offer you a full refund for that day or a place on an alternative date. We will contact you by email and phone as early as we can.
7. Health and medical information
Please tell us about any medical condition, allergy, medication or additional need when you book, and let us know if anything changes before the camp. Children who need an inhaler, auto-injector or other medication must bring it, clearly labelled. Please do not send a child who is unwell.
If your child is injured or becomes unwell, our staff will give first aid and contact you. In an emergency we will call the emergency services first.
8. Drop off and collection
Drop off is from 8:30am and collection is at 3:00pm. If someone other than you is collecting your child, or your child is allowed to leave on their own, please tell us in advance. If you are running late, call or message us as soon as you can.
9. Behaviour
We expect players to respect coaches, other players and the venue. If a child's behaviour puts others at risk or repeatedly disrupts sessions, we will contact you and may ask you to collect them. No refund is given in this case.
10. Kit and belongings
Each player receives an HFC jersey and a size 4 football on their first day. Please label your child's belongings. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged at the camp.
11. Photos and video
We may take photos and video during the camp for our website and social media. We only publish images of children whose parents have ticked the photo box when booking, and we never publish a child's full name alongside their image.
12. Our responsibility to you
Football is a physical sport and minor knocks can happen. We take reasonable care to run the camp safely, and our coaches hold recognised coaching qualifications. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

14. Complaints and law
If something is not right, please email us and we will respond within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
